The Ambassador Committee Now Accepting New Applicants
The Ambassador Committee is seeking new applicants to join this highly visible and prestigious group. Twelve positions are available for professional, committed business people interested in expanding their network and fostering the mission of the Fountain Valley Chamber.

What does a Fountain Valley Chamber Ambassador do?
Ambassadors have a prominent position of responsibility acting as primary liaisons for new members and are highly visible at Fountain Valley Chamber events. Ambassadors assist members by introducing them to the benefits and services of membership and serving as a conduit for members to engage in the organization. Ambassador responsibilities include one-on-one visitations with Fountain Valley Chamber businesses, event networking, participation in chamber committees and support of various programs and projects evolving around the business community.

Why would you or someone from your company become an Ambassador?
Ambassadors are carefully selected and as a result, the group is comprised of highly respected individuals. Ambassador members regularly tell us their participation in the group helps achieve professional and personal goals. The networking opportunities offer Ambassadors the ability to expand their circle of influence and make stronger community connections. This highly respected group receives regular verbal and printed accolades, recognition and visibility based on the level of involvement measured through monthly rewards.  Ambassadors often move on to participate in other chamber and civic leadership roles as a result of their involvement in this critical member service role.

What would you consider the benefits of Ambassador status?
The rewards of Ambassadorship are too numerous to list in entirety. Just a few of the benefits include: Exposure and recognition for their business; exclusive training and mentorship within the Ambassador training program; complimentary attendance at a variety of chamber and affiliate events; a photo on fvchamber.com; introductions to regional business leaders and opportunities for personal as well as professional growth.

What should I (or one of my employees) do to find out more?
Ambassadors bring value to their respective businesses. Consider tapping into this valuable asset and send a representative to check out the next Ambassador meeting. Ambassadors meet monthly on the third Monday, 11:30 am – 1:00 pm. Visitors and those interested in more information are welcome to attend.

Email or call the Fountain Valley Chamber today! Don’t miss out. Get involved while open positions are still available.
