Our Executive Chef and Owner Leo Razo is an award wining international chef that believes in not only satisfying your palate, but making sure to satisfy your soul. CEO and Director of Operations, Teresa Razo is an entrepreneur, author, speaker, community leader and recently voted as top three restaurateur in Orange County. Together with an amazing group of people, we run Cambalache with the only purpose to serve you, your family, friends and our community with integrity and values!
