About Us
Pho Redbo - Westminster is a Wagyu-focused Vietnamese restaurant on Beach Blvd in Westminster, CA—close to Huntington Beach, 1 minute drive from Bella Terra Mall, and the heart of Little Saigon. We specialize in pho built on our signature broth made from Wagyu knuckle bones simmered over 12 hours, then finished by combining bone broth and meat broth for deep, clean umami (no MSG; seasoned to taste).
Our menu is intentionally focused so we can execute at a high level every day: Pho Tai (rare Wagyu steak), Pho Chin (Wagyu brisket), tender rib cubes, combo bowls, and limited-availability upgrades like A5 Wagyu and Wagyu oxtail. Guests also love Wagyu Beef Stew (Bo Kho), Wagyu Fried Rice, Shaken Beef with rice, Golden Truffle Fries, and our Crispy Egg Rolls.
